Dismal New Research on Creative Departments in Advertising

Although women make the vast majority of purchasing decisions for households, they are terribly underrepresented in the advertising agencies and creative departments that seek their attention. This article from the Guardian cites troubling statistics about female representation in advertising jobs as well as the fact that such jobs tend to be hostile environments for women.
