American Policies Enforce Gender Inequality

The head researcher for Lean In discusses women in the workplace: in particular, the particularly American point of view (as opposed to other developed nations) concerning parenting that is behind its woeful lack of parental leave policies.  This denies the fact that both men and women find work, and parenting, fulfilling in different ways, essentially making gender inequity part of our national policy.  Read more on this important topic here.
